since the moment i heard about gemini, i was very intrigued. i kinda tried to launch my gopherhole earlier, but it was unsuccessful. so, i thought that this shiny new protocol could be something really good. and it turned out that it is!

i like this idea of plain-text and sometimes cgi. forget about markup, forget about css! it. just. works.

and by the way, the gemini server was so easy to launch, that i was able to do it from phone! (of cource i ssh'd to my server, but, you know, it's very unwieldy to type configs from phone)
