decrease the photo size

because i realized that it's whole bunch of empty space in the inner
side of page (those closer to middle of the booklet, medial one) while
outer (lateral) letters and numbers are getting cut when i try to even
the pages.

regularize spacings in print version

it's still not perfect, but at least now text is not crossing the page
margins.

update dice picture

convert image from inkscape svg to plain svg

because inkscape svg for some reason freaks out when previewing in
browser.
